Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be invited to participate in the next stage.

Interview

Qualified candidates will be invited to an interview either with HR or the position's hiring manager. Interviews may be conducted in person, via video, or over the phone.
During the interviews, we will assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position in question.

Final Selection

After conducting interviews and assessing candidates, the hiring manager will make final selections.
Selected candidates will be contacted with a job offer, including details such as salary, benefits, and start date.

Onboarding

Once candidates accept our job offers, they will be onboarded into the company.
Our onboarding process ensures that new hires have all the information, resources, and support they need to succeed in their roles.
