Located in Kaustinen, Central Ostrobothnia, the product development unit with its laboratories is the nucleus of Sasken's hardware development and product testing. "I can offer a few current customer cases as examples, where RFID solutions have been precisely tailored to the needs of our customers operating in different industrial sectors," notes Pasi Liukko. 

"Similar technology can, of course, be picked up from a store shelf as a bulk product, but the question is how accurately it accommodates the needs of the company and their operating environment. There aren’t many players on this field who possess the deep understanding and technical prowess to comprehensively bring such projects to fruition."
