Sasken provided support to the customer in developing a new product concept.

The customer required a fresh product concept for marketing objectives. Due to time constraints, adjustments were necessary to the existing design to meet the new specifications. The limited volume, particularly its height, presented obstacles for effective mechanical design.

Sasken provided a study of the basic design and outlined the compromises to anticipate when adapting to new concept requirements. We offered detailed proposals for mechanical design, heat distribution design, and selection of antenna housing materials. Heat distribution simulations and measurements, along with material selection studies, were provided to the customer.

A working in-house built concept prototype provided in time for product demonstration.
